Lucille F. Adams Obituary

She was predeceased by: her brother Richard Vuocolo; her parents, Angelina Vuocolo and Carmine Vuocolo; her former husband Edward Scott Carapazza; and her niece Brittany Turner.

She is survived by: her children, Augustine Adams, Nasha Adams, Rebecca Mendez, Timothy Adams and Vanessa Adams; her grandchildren, Antonio Mendez, Auriana Sidle and Harmony Adams-Jackson; her close friend Rob Adams; her caregivers, Claudia, Esther, Deb and Marika; her sister Marian (Phil); her nephew Tony; and her niece Michelle.
