It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Wirth of Ithaca, New York, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brooks; his sons, Eric and Randy; and his granddaughters, Caitlin Carmellini and Emily Wirth.

He cared for her at home without complaint for over three years, including during the COVID lockdown, until her death in 2021.
