He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Niblock and John Niblock; his wife June; and his siblings, John, Helen Hisey and Arlene Robbins.

He is survived by: his children, Marchell Sperger (James) of Ithaca and Brian of Ithaca; and his pet Sparky.
