She was predeceased by: her parents, Quentin Marcy and Martha Marcy; and her significant other Fred Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Cyndi Marie Waterman and Mark Cyrus Waterman (Nicole); her grandchildren, Mark and Hailey; and her brothers, Dale Marcy and Larry Marcy.
