She was predeceased by: her father John Ortiz; her sister Rona Lee Wilson; and her nephews, Joshua Reeves and Michael Simmons. She is survived by: her mother Gloria Ortiz (Wilson); her siblings, Karen Ortiz, Christine Ortiz, Jennifer Ortiz Reeves, Rebeka Mazzone (Ortiz), Amy Ortiz Stillwell and Elisha Ortiz; and her pet Callie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
