She is survived by: her sons, Kevin McClain (Julie) and Thaddeus McClain (Candy); and her siblings, Elizabeth Smiley, Clarissa Hill, Mabel Welch, Valerie Grinston, Florence Evans, Earl and Willie Evans. She is also survived by the many relatives, friends.

Viewing was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (1019 N Cayuga St, Ithaca, NY 14850). A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
