He was predeceased by : his father Peter Komor. He is survived by : his mother Judy Komor; his siblings, Irene Komor (family: Leo, Isha, Miriam) and Paul Komor (family: Pat, Asher); his children, Ben Komor, Laura Komor and Anna Komor (family: Robert, Isaac); and his former life partner Pat Dutt.
