He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlond E. Holley and Esther Holley (Allen); his wife Mary Kay Holley; his sister Linda Lamphila; his father-in-law James H. Crossett Jr.; and his brother-in-law Mark Crossett.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Holley (Kelly) of Livonia, Shane Holley and Brook Baumgartner (David) of Rochester; his stepchildren, David Gould, April Gould of Rochester and Ben Gould of Cohocton; his grandchildren, Brandon Holley, Jordan Holley, Thomas Rink, Alison Baumgartner and Sam Baumgartner; his siblings, Jim Holley (Kathy), John Holley (Lisa), Carol Kainen (Ed) and Janet Roman (Roger) of Ithaca; his brother-in-law Lloyd Lamphila; his stepmother Fay Herrneckar of Hornell; his mother-in-law Katharine Crossett (Mary) of Wayland; John Crossett (Patti) of Wayland and Linda Wallace (Jim) of Wayland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
