He is survived by: his children, Jacob Houghtling and Michelle Hemingway; his great grandchild Cooper Rockwell; his former wife Lois Smith Pierson; his siblings, Rick, Jim Houghtling and Penny Eddy (Houghtling); and his nephews, Craig, Dana, Tim, Joey and Rich.
