She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Columbo and Josephine Pinazza Baiguini; her husband Donald J. Slattery; and her siblings, Mary, Ida, Rose and Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Slattery Cooper (Arthur), Kathleen Slattery Button (Daniel), James (Cindy), Stephen (Salynne), Daniel (Margaret) and David Slattery (Karen); and her sister Sylvia Willis of Tampa, FL.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter, several nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.
