She was predeceased by: her parents, Kjell Monrad Helland and Ingrid Bang Helland; and her brother Bernt Jørn Helland. She is survived by: her husband David Hammer; her children, Cailin B. Dore (Timothy) and Thomas A. Hammer; her grandsons, Charles R. Dore and John A. Dore; her niece Dyveke Helland; and her great-niece Nathalia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bangs Funeral Home (209 W Green St, Ithaca, NY 14850).
