He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Alberta and Neil Alberta; and his son Ian Alberta. He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Sherry" Powers; his daughter Amber Alberta (Matthew Riehlmann); his grandsons, Ben and Owen Alberta Riehlmann; his siblings, Eric Alberta (Valerie Hoyt) and Cerise Foster (John Debell); and his extended family Patrick Doty.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sage Chapel.
