He is survived by: his parents, Francis Sr. Oliver and Rose Oliver; his children, Ashley Ebal and Cole Oliver (Megan) of Montour Falls, NY; his siblings, Francis Jr. Oliver (Marcy) and Chrissy Oliver (Norm Chapman); and his close friend Edythe Bowlsby. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
