With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elaine N. Passley (Jamaica, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Gallaway and Ignolus; and her husband Travis Roy Passley. She is survived by: her children, Melissa (Tyrone) and Kevin (Awilda); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Tyrone III, Christopher, Kiyana, Jordan, Nasir and Kayden.
