He was predeceased by: his brother Nicholas Chase; his uncles, Brett Andrew Maynard, Colin and Cameron Chase; his aunt Dawn Chase; and his grandmother Nona Urso.
He is survived by: his parents, Corey Chase of Jamestown and Lynne Maynard of Falconer; his pets, Angel and Peter; his brother Sean Chase (Kayla Heelan) of Jamestown; his grandparents, Hop, Cindy Chase of Safford, AZ, Gloria Sigworth and Ken Maynard of Clarksville, Indiana; his aunts, Jennifer Doggart (Steve) and Mary-Ann Payne-Chase (Richard); his uncle Jay Maynard (Michelle); and his cousins, Josh Chase of Erie, PA, Rylie, Griffin, Ronan, Quinn Doggart, Oddesey Wolf (RJ), Allicia Gallagher (Tim), Miranda Russo and Jessica Wilson (Paul).
