With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes R. Polaski of Jamestown, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Roebuck and Anna Roebuck (Krolczyk); her husband Joseph E. Polaski; her grandchildren, Rachael Frederick and Christopher Frederick; and her siblings, Louis, Eddy, Joseph, Fred Roebuck, Mary Polaski and Victoria Roebuck.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin J. Polaski of Falconer and Yvonne M. Frederick of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Joel Frederick (Alex) of Colorado and Aimee Ferrante (Anthony) of Massachusetts; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Sloan Frederick and Eloise Ferrante; and her great great grandchild Kacyn Frederick.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choosing.
