He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Phillips of Brookville, PA and Shelly Phillips of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Abigail Henry, Maddox Henry and Ty Henry; and his sisters, Alice Certo of Jamestown and Eleanor Mecklenburg of Florida. He is also survived by uncle, father, and grampa who adored his daughters and grandchildren.
