She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard H. Crooks and Myra Sutton Crooks; her former life partner Norman Kohl; her husband James Lloyd; her daughters, Monica Lloyd MacDonald and Theresa Lloyd; and her sisters, Myra Carnes and Geraldine Byroads.
She is survived by : her children, David Kohl of Jamestown, N. Y., Debra Cobb (Thomas) of Travelers Rest, S. C. and Valerie Dow of Lakewood, N. Y.; her grandchildren, David J. Kohl (Megan), Vanessa Colburn (Ryan) and Emma Dow; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Kohl and Wyatt Kohl; her siblings, Barbara Clark (Frank) of Great Valley, N. Y., Juanita Yonker (Terry) of Salamanca, N. Y. and Richard Crooks (Virginia) of Woodbury; and her sister-in-law Delores Shellhouse of Jamestown, N. Y.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
