He was predeceased by: his mother Janina Kozlowska. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sadowski (Bagielto); his children, Mark Van Veelen (Sadowski), Anthony Sadowski (TJ) and Jennifer Sadowski; and his adoptive son Austin Sadowski. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
