He is survived by: his children, Mary Culbertson (Michael) of Jamestown, NY, Pamela Seekings (Shawn) of Jamestown, NY, Tina Toole (Christopher) of Jamestown, NY, Carl J Silsby (Larissa) of Jamestown, NY and Sandra Hayes (Lashon) of Jamestown, NY; and his brothers, Alfred L Silsby Jr. of Jamestown, NY, Richard L Silsby of Jamestown, NY and Roy A Silsby of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
