He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harlo Sr. and Shirley Baker; his brothers, William Baker and Michael Baker; and his children, William Jack Baker and Kristen Nelson Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Baker (Bowen) of Ripley, NY; his children, Amy Baker, Martha Griswold (Mark), Kayla Baker, Alexandra Pearson (Cameron) and Maddie Nuse; his stepsons, Mitchell Bowman, Michael Coburn, Matthew Coburn and Mackenzie Coburn; and his brothers, Donald Baker, Steven Baker and Robert Baker. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
