We are sad to announce that, on November 17, 2025, at the age of 71, Cheryl A. Collins of Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Wickmark and Delmarie Carlson Wickmark; and her brother Jeffrey Wickmark. She is survived by: her husband John F. Collins Jr.; her children, Kimberly A. Collins of Cranberry, PA, Taylor J. Collins (Betsy) of Pittsburgh, PA and Theo A. Collins (Emily) of Trappe, PA; her grandchildren, Juliana, Nora, Olivia and Avery Collins; her brother Steven T. Wickmark (Nancy) of Cassadaga; and her brother-in-law Mark Collins of Jamestown.

Memorial contributions may be donated to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care or Bethel Lutheran Church, Jamestown.
