He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Millard Sundquist of Jamestown, N. Y.; his friend Chris Sunfish; his brother Douglas Sundquist (Natasha) of Busti, N. Y.; his nephews, Dawson Sundquist of Busti, N. Y., Jaxon Sundquist of Busti, N. Y. and Landon Hooks of Busti, N. Y.; his aunts and uncles, Dorothy Swanson (Dail), Priscilla Sundquist, Martha Gustafson (Bradley), Sheldon Millard, Ronald Andrews, Richard Sundquist and David Sundquist (Lisa); and his pet Butter.
