He is survived by: his wife Linda Hearburg Burns; his children, Kevin Burns (Jenna Lundmark) of Jamestown, N. Y., Jeffrey Tampe (Lauren) of Rochester, N. Y. and Meghan Burns (Colin Brown) of Durham, N. C.; his siblings, Tim Burns (Connie) of Dewittville, N. Y. and Terri Oste (Barry) of Bemus Point, N. Y.; and his sister-in-law Cindy Burns of Bemus Point, N. Y.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
