With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah B. Hoy (Jamestown, New York), born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Williams and Florence Nichols Williams; and her siblings, Gerald Williams and Darlyn Reeves. She is survived by: her daughter Tonya DiBlasi (Tom) of Jamestown; her grandsons, Jason and Joshua Bang; and her brother Jim Williams of Jamestown.
