She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Amatuzzo and Frances Cusimano Amatuzzo; her siblings, Samuel Amatuzzo, Joan Lewis and Mary Amatuzzo; and her stepson Craig Woleben.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Woleben; her daughters, Lisa Perrin (Fred) of Jamestown and Tammy Galati (Ron Fiorella) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Samantha Robinson (Sam), Tiffany Perrin, Kaitlynd Cash (Zach), Kody Mower, Allie Perrin (Tim Carver) and Maddie Galati (Gavin Karsh); her great grandchildren, Gabriella McFadden, Jazlyn Robinson, Zaiden Robinson and Kinsley Galati; and her stepdaughters, Tina Libby (Larry) of South Dayton, NY, Lisa Woleben of South Dayton, NY and Cathy Beaver (John) of Angola. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and a multitude of bonus children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
