Jack Caruso Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Caruso (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on December 13, 2019 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Caruso to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonino Caruso and Rosaria Caruso; his wife Ann Caruso; and his siblings, Peter, Enza, Maria and Eduardo.

He is survived by: his brother Ed; his daughter Roseann Caruso Dawson; his son-in-law Patrick; his sister Fifi Caruso of Italy; his sister-in-law Antonina Caruso of Toronto; his nephews, Tony Caruso (Wendy) and Robert Caruso (Debra); his goddaughter Sherrie Southwick (Mike); his siblings' children, Stacy Felton, Frank Buttafarro III, Tom Buttafarro (Shannon), Jamin Buttafarro (Katie) and Hannah Odell (Brandon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack Felton, Grace Felton, Ellie Felton, Carter Buttafarro, Judah Buttafarro and Josie Buttafarro.
