She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford W. Carlson and Harriett LaBaron Carlson; and her sister Nancy Parsons. She is survived by: her husband Gary M. Perkins; her children, Michael Perkins (Brandi) of Jamestown and Stacy Anderson (Joel) of Frewsburg; her grandchildren, Jacob Lincoln (Crystal), Morgan Perkins (Haden Roesler), Logan Hallenbeck, Livvy Hallenbeck, Isabelle Anderson and Erik Anderson; and her brother Walter E. Carlson (Sharon) of Jamestown.
