He was predeceased by : his father Gail Johnson; and his sister Michelle Johnson-Anderson. He is survived by : his mother Joan Johnson (Hornstrom); his children, Brandi Bankowski (Jonathan), Tara Auflick (Dan) and Derek Johnson (Krystin); his grandchildren, Ava, Reese and Ivy-Kate; his brother Andy Johnson (Terrie); his nieces, Kristin, Ashley, Morgan, Sheena, Briana, Dacota, Miranda, Hanna, Haley and Taylor; and his nephew Jacob. He is also survived by his coworkers, friends, and family.
