He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lewis and Eleanor Peterson Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Kearns (Brian) of Alpharetta, GA and Erin Scott of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Ariel, Mya, Trent Scott and Ava Kearns; his sister Linda Carlson of Mentor, OH; and his nephews, Kevin, Kurt and Shawn Tedesco.

The family suggests memorials may be made to WCA Foundation, Inc., PO Box 840, Jamestown, NY 14702-0840 for Cardiac Care.
