She was predeceased by: her parents, Lennert Franzen and Elizabeth Lawson Franzen; her husband James Miller; her brother Donald Franzen; and her daughter Darlene Olson.

She is survived by: her sons, Daniel E. Miller (Patricia) of Jamestown and Brian K. Miller (Barbara) of Fayetteville, NC; her grandchildren, Anthony Miller (Kelly), Samantha Berkenpas (Eric), Justin Olson and Matthew; and her siblings, Richard Franzen and Marilyn Beck.
