He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett W. Lundmark and Frances J. Lundmark of Jamestown; and his brother Jeffrey W. Lundmark. He is survived by: his pets, Charlie and Wanda; his children, Teresa Dallas (Thomas) of Jamestown, Jon Lundmark (Laverne) of Lakewood, N. Y. and Regina Messina Cherowbrier of Newport, N. C.; his stepson Bruce Johnson (Jennifer) of Deltona, Fla.; his grandchildren, Tricia Dallas (Jeremy) of Jamestown, Tenille Thompson (Nate), Tori Dallas (Andrew), Dylan Lundmark, Macey Lundmark, John Earing, Ashley Lundmark, Allison Lundmark, Lexi Lundmark and Rylie Cherowbrier; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Blake, Camryn Thompson and Avayana Dallas; his siblings, Susan Atkins (Greg) and David Lundmark (Elaine); his sister-in-law Judy Lundmark; his nieces, Chelsea Wells (Andy), Katie Atkins (Bill) and Jenna Lundmark (Kevin); and his nephew Jason Lundmark (Lisa).
