He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Wallace Page (Kristine Page), John Page Jr., Amanda Carlson (William Carlson) and Rene Page; his grandchildren, Brooke Carlson, Rita Barrett, Ty Page, Erin Page and Drew Carlson; his great grandchildren, Noah, Marleigh, Ashton and Sienna; and his sisters, Val Olmstead and Nancy Wedemeyer.
