He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Genco and Teresa Genco; his son Joe Genco Jr.; and his siblings, Phyllis Abbott and Paul Genco (Sonny).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Grace, Emma, Bryan, Kaylie, Hannah and Michael; his siblings, Janice Miller (Tim), Rosalie Rappaport and Sam Genco (Teri); and his aunt Josie Nicosia.
