It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy D. Chatmon (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Garrett and Joy Apperson Garrett; and her brother Mark Garrett. She is survived by: her children, Makayla Hollowell of Jamestown, John Newman of Apex, NC and Michael Newman of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Avery Sanabria, Cole Newman, Quinn Newman and Jonathan Newman; and her brother Mike Garrett.
