She is survived by: her children, Dr. Daniel Johnson (Shawn) of West Seneca, NY, Jerry Johnson (Linda) of Canton, GA, Michael Johnson (Dawn) of Springfield, OH, Diane Chado (Herb) of Lakewood, CO, Patti Rizzo (Paul) of Jamestown, NY and Kathy Mahoney (Steve) of Jamestown, NY; her grandchildren, Alexis, Adam, Aaron, Aidan Johnson, Emily Vincent, Andrew, Jared Johnson, Garrett, Rachel Chado, Erika Marti, Jordan Hook, Hailee Junga, Jonathan, Justin Caprino, Nicole and Joseph Mahoney; and her brother William Jowett (Eileen) of Bemus Point, NY.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
