He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Lawrence, Mary Dame, Dave and Ellie Wilcox; and his aunt Ruth Hale.

He is survived by : his parents, Laurie Dame Frantz (Donald) of Lakewood and Ronald Wilcox of Cassadaga; his brother Scott Johnson (Billie); his nieces and nephews, Kylie, Khloe and Kolton of Celoron, NY; his grandmother Donalene Bemis of Falconer; his aunts, Helen Styers (Ken), Cindy Mullard (Tim), Vickie Gorton (Dale), Kathy Gray and Debbie Walker (Jack); his uncle Duane Wilcox (Darlene); his cousins, Paige Johnson (Andrew), Trevor Mullard (Brittany), Charly Fellion (Justin), Tyler Saulsgiver (Kalene), Baylee Buccola (Chad), Jake Saulsgiver (Jolene), Madison Fain (Logan), Brianna Minor (Brad), Cody Styers (Beth), Jennifer Overturf (Gordy), Tracie Higgs (Josh), Jason Hale (Bethiny), Bobbie Jo Gibbons, Billie Jo Lindell (Chris), Keri Harrower and Holly Gray; and his pets, Frankie and Delilah.
