He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bush and Irmalinda Moura Bush. He is survived by: his children, Nikki Hayes (Christopher) of Jamestown and Gary Bush (Brittany); and his sisters, Debora Bush of Providence, RI and Natalie Gonya of Providence, RI. He is also survived by four grandsons, one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter.
