She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Cady and Marie Cady; her husband Douglas Arters; her daughter Angelique Foster (Aaron); her granddaughters, Kayla Crabtree, Emily Brentley and Madelyn Troutman; and her great grandchild Lucas Crabtree.
