It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda M. Arters (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ralph Cady and Marie Cady; her husband Douglas Arters; her daughter Angelique Foster (Aaron); her granddaughters, Kayla Crabtree, Emily Brentley and Madelyn Troutman; and her great grandchild Lucas Crabtree.
