With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lisa I. Howard of Jamestown, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet "Patt" Howard (Faulkner) and Lester Howard; her brother Kevin Howard; and her son Matthew Neitzel. She is survived by: her boyfriend Mike Donner; her daughters, Courtney L. Storms and Charlotte A. Neitzel; her siblings, Craig W. Howard, Kristen Griffin (Mark) and Charles W. Howard (Karen); and her granddaughter Haylie. She is also survived by her loving partner, her daughters and granddaughter, brothers, sister and her wonderful and loyal friends.
