Lowe; her children, Jessica McKoon of McKean, PA and Michael Lowe (Patricia Hoyt) of Busti; her grandchildren, Lily, Jayce, Clark and Everett; her siblings, Randy Anderson, Linda Anderson and Marvin Anderson (Christine); and her brother-in-law George "Mike" Lowe.
