He is survived by: his children, Lonzo "Trey" Hawkins III (Michelle) of Jamestown and Sheri Hawkins of Jamestown; and his grandchildren, Alicia Hawkins of Jamestown, Dalton Hawkins of Jamestown, Dominic Salvaggio of Jamestown, Franchesca Hawkins of Jamestown and Nija Hawkins of Jamestown.
