He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Iconis and Mary Spatafore Iconis; and his siblings, Marie Shull and Albert Iconis. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ross Mazzie; his daughters, Maria Kindberg (Tim) of Jamestown, Elizabeth Mazzie-Hernandez (José) of Shaker Heights, OH and Emily Rowe (Patrick) of Hill City, SD; his grandchildren, Jacob Kindberg (Kristen Swann), Luke Kindberg (Diamond), Andrew Tonkin, Juliet Tonkin, Lauren Rowe, Jessica Rowe and Elise Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Ara and Jace.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A Mass was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peter & Paul Catholic Church N (508 Cherry St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A burial was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (508 Cherry St, Jamestown, NY 14701).
Memorials may be made to the Robert H. Jackson Center.
