He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyal E. Cochran and Hazel A. Bower Cochran; and his siblings, Tom Cochran and Melissa Flagella. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Waite of Jamestown; his children, Austin Cochran, Paul Cochran and Misty Payne; and his siblings, Larry Cochran (Lois), Timothy Cochran (Brenda), Autumn Bower-Mazzone (David), Linda Burch, Malodie Hebner (Bill) and Tammy Slocum (Gene). He is also survived by many grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
