She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hagadorn and Margaret Rich Hagadorn; and her brothers, Hugh Hagadorn and Dr. Bruce Hagadorn. She is survived by: her husband William Radack, Jr.; her children, William Radack III (April) of Jamestown, Dr. Matthew Radack (Jane) of Wilmington, NC, Jody Radack of Jamestown and Andrew Radack (Donna) of Silver Creek, NY; her grandchildren, Jessica McKeever (Bobby) of Falconer, Megan Weise of Jamestown, Noah Radack (Taylor North) of Buffalo, Rachel Radack of Buffalo, Maggie Radack of Durham, NC, Lily Radack (Gray Stowe) of Wilmington, NC and Chet Radack of Raleigh, NC; and her great grandchildren, Miriam, Dillon, Jack, Asa McKeever, Elliotte Radack-Stowe, Brooklynn, Jaxsyn Miller and Corey Johnson. She is also survived by many in-laws, nephews and nieces and friends.
