Waggoner (Jamestown, New York), born in Kane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Kimmel and Patricia Kress Kimmel; and her niece Samantha Lewis. She is survived by: her close friend Christopher Germonto; her sons, Tylor Germonto of Jamestown and Christopher J. Germonto of Jamestown; her siblings, Beth Gisselbrecht (Chuck), Cheryl Durlin (Mike) and Tim Kimmel; and her stepmother Dorothy Kimmel of Warren.
