Mary E. Peterson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2025, at the age of 84, Mary E. Peterson of Jamestown, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary E. Peterson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Erickson and Anna Hedin Erickson; her siblings, Philip Erickson, James Erickson and Martha Erickson; her brother-in-law Fred Brown; and her son-in-law David Bentley.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Peterson; her children, Kimberly Bentley of Jamestown and Kris Peterson (Amy) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Erik Bentley (Kristen), Kaitlyn Bentley (Charles) and Annika Peterson; her great grandchild Sawyer Whalen; her sisters, Sally Brown and Linda Erickson; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Erickson and Alexandra Coy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Timothy Lutheran Church (3748 NY-430, Bemus Point, NY 14712).
