She was predeceased by: her parents, James McLindon and Bridget O'Leary McLindon; her husband Theodore L. Card; and her brothers, Daniel and James McLindon.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Theodore Card (Cathy) of Jamestown and Timothy Card (Dawn) of Ashville; her grandchildren, Ryan Card (Tessa) of Spring Creek, PA, Dr. Katelyn Card-Allen (Richard) of Frewsburg, Chelsea Burns (Mike) of Bemus Point and Chad Card of Jamestown; her sister-in-law Nancy McLindon of Paducah, KY; her nephews, Patrick McLindon (Mark) of Louisville, KY, James McLindon (Brooke) of Lebanon, OH, Daniel McLindon (Katie) of Erlanger, KY and William Dill (Kim) of Mansfield, OH; and her niece Deborah Ladd (Randy) of Paducah, KY.
