He is survived by: his wife Carmen J. Cruz Palmieri; his daughter Jennifer Slaven (Joshua) of Gerry; his stepchildren, Luis Mercado and Carmen Morales (Edward); and his siblings, Samuel Palmieri of Busti, Julie Mullen (Patrick) of Ohio, Mary Jane Anderson (Daniel) of Jamestown and Diane Brown (Paul) of Ellery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Falconer Funeral Home, Inc. (44 W Falconer St, Falconer, NY 14733). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
