She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie B. Webb and Ruth Wilson Webb; her husband Ray; and her brother Johnie B. Webb, Jr. of Bradenton, FL.. She is survived by: her sister Lois J. Webb of Jamestown; her children, David (Sharon Purdy) of Celoron, Rae Seeley, Jr. (Ronald) of Lakewood and Adele Rasmussen (Rick Stewart) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Madison Hallett-Rasmussen of Surprise, AZ, Angel Edwards (Gary) of Boliver, Sarah Rasmussen (Kylee Mourer) of Frewsburg, Megan Seeley of Ithaca and Stephen R. Rasmussen of Jamestown; and her great grandchildren, Raymond and Ava.
